Coaching

Over-and-over again we see people in revenue cycle leadership roles who were put in those critical positions because they were exceptional technical performers. Frequently, however, these “super-stars” are frustrated, frustrating others and not living up to their potential, only because they need to learn to become leaders! No two G+A coaching engagements are the same, because no two growing leaders need the same assistance. Therefore, we begin by getting to know your leader and assessing the individual’s current technical and leadership skills. We then develop for your approval, a detailed plan for how we will work with your leader. This accountability-based plan always incorporates both technical development, as well as a series of projects which uses one or a number of your leader’s current work challenges as their “laboratory.” This creative approach not only grows your leader, but allows that individual to make progress in critical operational areas as an “added benefit!”
