Coaching
Over-and-over again we see people in revenue
cycle leadership roles who were put in those
critical positions because they were exceptional
technical performers. Frequently, however,
these “super-stars” are frustrated,
frustrating others and not living up to their
potential, only because they need to learn
to become leaders! All of G+A’s consultants

No two G+A coaching engagements are the same,
because no two growing leaders need the same
